Russel Tiza Orhii is an American powerlifter of Nigerian/Tiv heritage, competing in the 93 kilogram weight class.
Orhii won the IPF World Championships twice, USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals five times, and Powerlifting America Raw Nationals once in the 83 kilogram weight class. In 2019, he became IPF World Champion in the 83 kilogram class, setting a world record squat of 313 kg and a world record total of 833 kg. Despite USA Powerlifting's 2021 suspension and expulsion from the IPF over anti-doping non-compliance, Orhii won the 2021 IPF World Championship again, improving his records and setting a new deadlift record. In 2025, he squatted 338 kg and totalled 870.5 kg for a world record in the 83 kg class, before moving up to the 93 kg class, where he squatted 355.5 kg and totalled 918 kg for an open world record.
